Can I request online stores samples through your local store?

Unfortunately, at this time, fabric is exclusively for the online store and only what you purchase will be delivered to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paystack and direct transfer. You can transfer directly to our bank account, and send a confirmation to the whatsapp number provided.

This confirmation should include a delivery address and the item for which you are making the payment.

We advise that you read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase.

How long does delivery take within Nigeria?

Lagos: 1 – 3 working days

Other states: 3 – 7 working days

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery in Nigeria is free

Do you ship internationally and what is the duration?

Yes, we ship internationally and delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on what part of the world you are in.

Is Asoebi2u a secure site and is my data protected?

Providing a safe secure shopping experience is our top priority. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never divulge your information to a third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Will my orders be delivered on time?

Yes, we make sure all orders get delivered on time. We know how important it is for you to receive your orders on time for your events.

Are your goods first quality?

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of defects.

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not dispatch goods prior to confirmation of payment. We do have a fair returns policy which covers you in the event that you change your mind upon receiving the product.

Do you do large orders?

Yes, we cater to large aso-ebi orders for major ceremonies such as weddings and milestone birthdays. We can also provide aso-ebi concierge service for your party with a full spectrum of options such as aso-ebi consultation, delivery to your guests, custom packaging and guest payment management (minimum orders apply).

Do you have a physical store location?

No, Asoebi2u is a virtual marketplace designed to offer quality fabrics from carefully curated vendors.

What is your refund policy

Refund Policy
Receive your purchase in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like to refund or exchange it, and we’ll collect it from your delivery address. 

You have 48 hours from receiving your order to:

  • Contact us informing us of the reason for the refund at  sales@asoebi2u.com 
  • Send your purchase back to us, or request for it to be picked up from your address. Please note that refunds made by courier are subject to a fee dependent on location.
  • Fabric must be returned to us unused, uncut and with no defects. We will only accept the order in its original condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable). All claims on faulty items must be made within 7 days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided. To make a claim please email us at sales@asoebi2u.com

The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by the fabric store due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings.
